MBFWA 2013: WHAT WE WORE DAY ONE

Danny wears Le Specs sunglasses, ASOS suit and shirt, Dr. Martens shoes and self-made clutch.

Alex wears Zambesi sunglasses, self-made t-shirt, Indu Homme shirt, Zara pants, Tim Van Steenbergen shoes, customised Flux bag, a Demande de Mutation bracelet and a ring from a market in New York.

Mino wears House of Holland sunglasses, Maison Martin Margiela jacket, Zambesi pants, General Idea shoes, Oroton clutches, custom-made gold rings and also rings from Korea.

Chin wears Henry Holland for Le Specs sunglasses, American Apparel T shirt, Alistair Trung pants, Dr. Martens shoes and Black Box clutch.

ANGELA

Angela was striking in this well-coordinated, black and yellow combination. Up close, the beautiful vintage dress had a gorgeous paisley texture. The black colour of the fabric allowed for her funky yellow accessories to really stand out. The rad sandals with the solid wooden wedge was by B Store from Black Box. The enamelled necklace and sunnies were by Karen Walker. The handbag was from The Warehouse.

FOUREYES ON THE DEPARTMENT STORE S/S 12

We attended The Department Store Spring/Summer 2012 show last Friday featuring Karen Walker, Topman, Ruby, Liam, Tigerlily, Topshop, I Love Ugly and Black Box. Held at The Department Store itself, the event commanded a huge turnout. Check out what we saw after the jump.

EMMA

Emma from Rag Pony appears effortless and her look personifies her relaxed demeanor. The blue denim of Cheap Monday jeans from Black Box go really well with the awesome colour of her Juliette Hogan sweater which is also set off by the her red lip.  Her sneakers are by Converse, socks by Karen Walker and bag by Deadly Ponies from Children of Vision. Emma finished her look with a vintage necklace and watch and this really cute squishy accessory on her bag!

COLLEEN

We photographed Colleen on a sunny Sunday. The simple striped dress from MP made this a great choice for a casual weekend look. The black and white accessories added much interest while keeping to the monochromatic theme. The rad oversized bag was from Siena and the cool round sunnies were Ksubi from Black Box. Her square Nicola Waite acrylic bracelet was from a friend and the white shoes were from Hannahs.
