FOUREYES ON RUBY & LIAM AW15

Last week we were very lucky to be invited to preview the Liam AW and Ruby Pre-Fall and AW 2015 collections over a terrific lunch at The Engine Room. Here's a little look at what will be hitting Ruby stores next year...

REBEKAH

We spotted Rebekah in this summery outfit that matched a frilled, floral top with a pair of white, frilled shorts. Both pieces were by Ruby. The wooden platform sandals were from Wild Pair.

ROSA

We liked the simplicity of Rosa's style including this coat from Ricochet over the top of a bomber from Ruby. Her t-shirt is by Commoners, her jeans by Cheap Monday and her shoes are by Kathryn Wilson.

FOUREYES ON RUBY A/W 2014

Ruby invited us along to their The Dreamers show last week featuring their Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. The clean industrial space that was The Boiler Room at Victoria Park Market was an awesome backdrop for the showing. The large collection contained a variety of prints including florals, plaid, leopard and tie-dye. The glitter and crystal embellished pieces caught our eye, as did the strong pops of mustard yellow. WILHELMINA

We thought Wilhelmina looked super chic in this outfit. Her patterned jacket is by Veronika Maine and her frilled-sleeved blouse by Ruby. The bag and pants were both from Glassons. We loved the gold chevrons on her belt and the wide ankle cuffs on her heels from Andrea Biani.

NATALIE

Natalie Cantell, presenter for Fashion One at NZFW this year always looks amazing. We really like her all white look look with top, skirt and jacket from Nyne. Her necklace is from Meadowlark and large ring by Nick Von K. Her clutch is from Ruby and shoes by Ginger & Smart.

TINA

Tina from Remix Magazine looked striking in this black and white ensemble with a couple of strong  pops of red from her amazing hair colour, lip colour and great manicure. The bold lines of her look paired with the delicate choices in accessories including this belt from Karen Walker and necklace from Mimco, made for an interesting look. Her pants are by Helen Cherry, shirt by Ruby, jacket by Camilla and Marc, boots by Mi Piaci and ring (on her left hand) by Look Delicious.

ANNA

Anna looked gorgeous from head to toe in a beautiful dark green lace dress by Marilyn Sainty which she has paired with an great textured coat from Tatty's. Her necklace is from Ruby, boots by Superdry and belt by Vixen. Her handbag is by Chloé.

ERIN

Erin was hard to miss when we were out and about one evening. Her beautiful sass & bide coat featured a net fabric and a fantastic geometric pattern. The sheer shirt was by What Goes Around Comes Around. We loved her strappy Windsor Smith shoes and her wonderfully sparkly clutch by Ruby.

ALICE

Alice stood out in this colourful sweater from Esprit with this bold necklace. Her skirt is from Federation and boots from Nine West. Her accessories included an assortment from Wunderkammer, Karen Walker, one from an Indian store and one which was a gift from her sister. 

ISABELLA

Isabella pulled together this Boho summer look and wore it with ease. We love the neutral colours of her delicate Ingrid Starnes top and cute shorts from Ruby that matched perfectly with her boots by Kathryn Wilson. Isabella's colourful accessories include this great bag she got in Bali, a chunky necklace she got from an op shop in Paris and a St Christopher pendant. She got her red ring at the Marrakesh markets and the cherry blossom silver one is by Meadowlark.

KELLY

Kelly got our attention in this simple all-black outfit that was all about her sass & bide pants. The thigh-high slits on the front of each pant leg allowed the soft fabric to flutter behind her as she walked. Her sunglasses were by Flint from Ruby. The black watch was by ToyWatch and the bag by Life with Bird. Her shoes were from Mimco.

MICHAELA

Michaela looked radiant in this outfit that comprised of a Liam top and a pair of Ruby pants. Her slicked-back hair, oversized round Karen Walker sunnies and the beautiful Ruby necklace gave this look the perfect amount of polish. The super cute bag was by My Deer Fox and the bright yellow foxtail by Deadly Ponies. Her shoes were by Jeffrey Campbell.
