We shot Katherine again in an outfit that was understated yet cool. Her coat and skirt were both by Karen Walker. Her top was by Juliette Hogan and her shoes by 3.1 Phillip Lim. Her bag was by Benah for Karen Walker.

KATHERINE
We loved this polished look by Katherine from Katherine is Awesome that we think struck the perfect masculine/feminine balance. The beautiful blue coat was by Liam, top by Karen Walker, pants by Juliette Hogan and shoes by Burberry. Her purse was by Coach and her chain bracelet was also by Juliette Hogan.

KATHRYN
New Zealand shoe designer, Kathryn Wilson is one of the loveliest people we know so it was a pleasure to spot her in this amazing outfit last week at the Britomart Fashion Sessions. Her beautiful skirt and top in this stunning colour are by Juliette Hogan and her shoes are of course by Kathryn Wilson herself.

FOUREYES ON JULIETTE HOGAN WINTER 2014
Last Wednesday, Juliette Hogan presented her Winter 2014 collection at Hopetoun Alpha, an enchanting little historic building in Auckland. The show began with a beautiful short film featuring Ngahuia Williams as the protagonist turning her back on a life of crime and a man no good for her. This notion of a strong woman is carried right through the collection that followed after. Entitled Lose Yourself... the collection was not overly complicated and had an understated sophistication to it. Neat tailored cuts sat next to more relaxed pieces, all in a beautiful range of fabrics. The feminine aesthetic had a good dose of masculine edge with the inclusion of men's style coats, trousers and bomber jackets. This was most notable in the first look, and also our favourite, worn by Georgia Fowler. Click through to see what we saw.

BRITOMART FASHION SESSIONS
A couple of weekends ago we attended the Britomart Fashion Sessions, a series of public fashion shows organised by Britomart to showcase the designers who've set up shop in the precinct. We spent two days straight down at Britomart exploring all that it has to offer. Apart from the amazing retail spaces, we also tried out a couple of wonderful new restaurants including Ortolana, which saw us return time and time again. Click through to see what we got up to including runway pictures of some of our favourite New Zealand designers: Zambesi, World, Kathryn Wilson, Kate Sylvester, Taylor, Juliette Hogan, Trelise Cooper. We had an amazing time and hope you check out Britomart if you haven't already!
See more of our shots from the weekend after the jump.

DANIELLE
We spotted Danielle as she was crossing busy Ponsonby Road in this rad matching top and drawstring pants. The stylized animal print stood out on the pavement but it was only when we looked closer that we noticed the beautifully fine crepe character of the fabric. The jacket, top and pants were all silk and from Juliette Hogan. We thought her thin sandals from The Warehouse were a great choice for the relaxed look of this outfit.

ANIKA
Anika looked summery and chic in a Stolen Girlfriends Club dress and simple chain necklace by Juliette Hogan. Her bag was Marc by Marc Jacobs, sunglasses by Sabre and her shoes were vintage.

EMMA
Emma from Rag Pony appears effortless and her look personifies her relaxed demeanor. The blue denim of Cheap Monday jeans from Black Box go really well with the awesome colour of her Juliette Hogan sweater which is also set off by the her red lip. Her sneakers are by Converse, socks by Karen Walker and bag by Deadly Ponies from Children of Vision. Emma finished her look with a vintage necklace and watch and this really cute squishy accessory on her bag!

JULIA

Julia looked gorgeous in this subtly detailed Juliette Hogan dress. A sexy, sophisticated edge was added to the animal print with the leather, chain and studded elements. The belt was by Karen Walker and the rad heels were by Kathryn Wilson. The blunt fringe and ponytail lent further polish to this look.
