NZFW 2014 - STOLEN GIRLFRIENDS CLUB

Stolen Girlfriends Club took things off-site last night showing their AW15 collection, The Guilty Ones, at Western Springs Stadium. Twin Peaks was the Lynch-pin (get it?) of the collection with references to the cult nineties series throughout. Great styling, soundtrack and venue made for an awesome show. And rad clothes made for one of our favourite SGC collections to date. See what we saw and liked after the jump.

JUDITH

Judith caught our eye in this dark look that consisted of a dress and scarf by Zambesi. Her sunnies were by Moscot and her belt was vintage. Her mix of beautiful rings were by Serge Thoraval, Company of Strangers and Stolen Girlfriends Club.

ANGELA

Angela looked perfectly polished in a vintage black dress worn under a beautiful structured jacket by Stolen Girlfriends Club. Her accessories, which continued the simple and clean aesthetic, included a Saint Laurent bag and fantastic boots by Jil Sander.

OLIVIA

Olivia popped in a pink jacket by Coop paired with a beautiful and feminine dress by Kate Sylvester. Her ring is by Stolen Girlfriends Club and her shoes are by Bronx.

ALEX

Alex Catarinella, freelance writer on all things fashion, music and culture, attended New Zealand Fashion Week this year. Alex rocked this Stolen Girlfriends Club jacket, t-shirt and pants (which he told us were some of the most comfortable he has ever worn). His cool cuff is by Chris Habana and shoes by Underground. Alex has written for the likes of MTV Style, Dazed & Confused, Elle, Paper, Wonderland and i-D. NZFW 2013 - STOLEN GIRLFRIENDS CLUB

Stolen Girlfriends Club showed at NZFW again in an off-site carpark, a venue perfectly suited to the aesthetic of this latest collection, 'Dirty Magic'. The range was heavy on the goth punk references with tartan, mohawks, safety pins, lip piercings and black velvet featuring strongly. A black paisley-emblazoned sheer fabric was used for several looks as well as a striking monochromatic zigzag pattern we loved. Check out what we liked and see the final walk-through after the jump.

KELE

We were drawn to Kele's young and fresh look composed of this shirt from Stolen Girlfriends Club with matching bag and pants from Country Road. Her boots are by Jeffrey Campbell.

RACHEL

Rachel's rad dress and sweater were both by Moochi. Her jacket was by Stolen Girlfriends Club and her wallet by Comme des Garçons. Her boots were from Mi Piaci and her awesome cat ring from New Jewellery.

LULA

Lula caught our eye one night in this rad asymmetric dress by Stolen Girlfriends Club. The wool dress featured a white collar and attached pin. We loved that she made her cool wolf earring herself. The boots were vintage.

FOUREYES ON STOLEN GIRLFRIENDS CLUB SPRING 2013

Stolen Girlfriends Club is renowned for putting on a good show and the Spring 2013 entitled Nasty Goreng was no exception. This coupled with the fact that it was the launch of the MINI Paceman (which we had the pleasure of driving for a couple of days in the lead-up to the show) had the four of us very excited to see the show. The collection featured the new "Death Moth" print, black neoprene, hand-brushed leopard markings in red, sweat-shirting, bears and tigers and great knits. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. Take a look at what we saw below.

CARENA

Carena was eye-catching in this bold red shirt from Zara that she teamed with a pair of Stolen Girlfriends Club shorts. Her rings are by Stolen Girlfriends clubs, her black chain necklace is from Ruby and her filigree sunnies are by Karen Walker. Her beautiful red velvet shoes are Opening Ceremony.

ELLIE

Ellie caught our attention in this casual outfit with a Poppy T by Stolen Girlfriends Club paired with a beanie and shorts that she got from the Pakuranga night markets. Her watch is by Michael Kors and her bag by Louis Vuitton.

JENNIFER

Jennifer's fantastic Karen Walker sunglasses and shark-tooth necklace with it's single silver tooth stood out as we were both rushing in opposite directions. The necklace, by Dezso, was picked up in Paris as were her espadrilles. Her romper was by Miss Crabb and cardigan by American Apparel. We love the cute circular bag by Stolen Girlfriends Club.
