GIL

We spotted Gil walking his dog in the Marais and loved his minimal look with gold accents. He made the dress himself. His shoes are Nike and his hat was from H&M.

GEORGE

We really liked George's look with small pops on colour from her watch and necklace. She made her own skirt and top and her mum made this bag under her own label "By George". Her watch is by Swatch, necklace by Zara, sunnies by Karen Walker and shoes by Bally.

CLARE

Clare was hard to miss in this dark, layered look. The three dresses she wore were by Cheap Monday, Pearl and AS Colour. The long, grey vest was from The Third Eye, shoes from Wild Pair and her sunglasses were an online purchase. She made the awesome safety pin necklace herself. ANNA

It's always so impressive to find people who make their clothes themselves, especially when so many different textures are involved. Anna made this interesting jacket with bead detailing, t-shirt and shirt herself. Her shoes are from Zara.

MARY ANNE

Mary Anne made her fantastic vintage-inspired denim dress herself. We loved it's silhouette, with pleats adding volume and silver buttons adding subtle detail. It looked great with the bright red pops of her shoes by David Elman and her bag, which had a former life as a Revlon cosmetics case. KINGKANG

Kingkang looked cool in this outfit that interleaved two jackets, the outer by Hermès and the inner by Maison Martin Margiela. His loose fitting shorts were by Comme des Garçons. He modified his Hudson shoes with white elastic straps and he made his 'arm' necklace himself.

STEVEN

We shot Steven again in another rad all-black look. The Korean-inspired outfit was from his own label 6x4, and consisted of a cropped jacket and wide-legged pants, both fastened prominently with ties. We loved the platform soles of his shoes which he customised himself and the use of electrical wiring for laces. Check out his other striking looks here and here.

MEGAN

Megan from Thread is always dressed in something interesting and the day we caught her down at the waterfront was no exception. She made her cape herself and paired it with a collar by Trelise Cooper. Her pants are by COS , her shoes by Number One Shoes, her olive coloured jacket is by Nom*D and her graphic bag is by Tamaasa. We have shot Megan on a few other occasions here, here and here.

CHELSEA

The first thing we noticed about Chelsea was the cool white coat she draped across her shoulders. It was a piece she made herself. Her top, skirt and bag were from Zara. Her shoes were by Jeffrey Campbell.

BOBBY

Bobby sported an all-black outfit he made himself. His neat round hat was vintage. His round frames were from Nasty Gal and his creepers from T.U.K.

ANNA

The print on Anna's pants is what initially caught our eye and upon closer inspection, we discovered many great aspects of her outfit including her faux fur bag by Deadly Ponies, shirt by Georgia Alice, a coat that Anna made herself, a sweater by Liam and her cool boots with chain detailing by Kathryn Wilson.

JOE

We loved how the individual dark elements came together to create Joe's moody look. His awesome long shirt was by Lela Jacobs. Joe designed and made the shorts himself. The black pocketed tote was by Chris Duncan. The Company of Strangers satchel was patched from vintage leather jackets. His shoes were by Rick Owens. His rings were a mix of Underground Sundae, Welfe and his own designs.
