FOUREYES ON CIEL S/S 12/13

We were recently invited to Ciel PR's showroom to preview the Spring/Summer 12/13 collections from some of the labels they represent. Even though it was the first day of winter, the open and airy space was dotted with beautiful floral arrangements that created a wonderful springtime atmosphere. The collections we saw got us looking forward to the warmer months to come. Click through for a few of the things we saw and liked. Can't wait to see these hit the streets.

ROSEY

You might recognise Rosey from a couple of previous posts (click on her name in the labels section below to see her other posts) but she never stops surprising us with the outfits when we bump into her. Here she channels her inner-gypsy in this printed dress from The Third Eye and vest she got from Save Mart. This cute sea-horse belt is vintage and the necklace belongs to her mother.

GRACE

Grace looks stunning in this tailored suit from Crane Brothers. Her vintage scarf she got on Melrose in L.A. lifts the whole outfit and adds a quirky and fun aspect. Her shoes are from Mi Piaci.

KIMBERLY

The first things we noticed about Kimberly were the strong geometric shapes created by her black sunglasses and collar. Together they stood out against the backdrop of candy pink knit. She kept it simple with black accessories. The metal details at the top and toe of her boots from Nasty Gal added further interest. Her sunnies were Le Specs.

JESSY

Jessy's knitted coat created an interesting silhouette one night on Ponsonby Road. Its unstructured form was a contrast against what she wore underneath, a pleated blouse and a simple gathered skirt. We love the shiny metal collar tips. Her bag is by The Cambridge Satchel Company from MADE.

DREW

The earthy tones of Drew's outfit seemed perfect for this Autumn day. His leather jacket and rolled-up wide-legged pants were great op shop finds. His T shirt was made by a friend's label, Dress & Society. His cardigan is from River Island. His skull ring is Lovecraft from Japan.
