KATHRYN

New Zealand shoe designer, Kathryn Wilson is one of the loveliest people we know so it was a pleasure to spot her in this amazing outfit last week at the Britomart Fashion Sessions. Her beautiful skirt and top in this stunning colour are by Juliette Hogan and her shoes are of course by Kathryn Wilson herself.

ANNA

The print on Anna's pants is what initially caught our eye and upon closer inspection, we discovered many great aspects of her outfit including her faux fur bag by Deadly Ponies, shirt by Georgia Alice, a coat that Anna made herself, a sweater by Liam and her cool boots with chain detailing by Kathryn Wilson.

BRITOMART FASHION SESSIONS

A couple of weekends ago we attended the Britomart Fashion Sessions, a series of public fashion shows organised by Britomart to showcase the designers who've set up shop in the precinct. We spent two days straight down at Britomart exploring all that it has to offer. Apart from the amazing retail spaces, we also tried out a couple of wonderful new restaurants including Ortolana, which saw us return time and time again. Click through to see what we got up to including runway pictures of some of our favourite New Zealand designers: Zambesi, World, Kathryn Wilson, Kate Sylvester, Taylor, Juliette Hogan, Trelise Cooper. We had an amazing time and hope you check out Britomart if you haven't already!

See more of our shots from the weekend after the jump.

ISABELLA

Isabella pulled together this Boho summer look and wore it with ease. We love the neutral colours of her delicate Ingrid Starnes top and cute shorts from Ruby that matched perfectly with her boots by Kathryn Wilson. Isabella's colourful accessories include this great bag she got in Bali, a chunky necklace she got from an op shop in Paris and a St Christopher pendant. She got her red ring at the Marrakesh markets and the cherry blossom silver one is by Meadowlark.

MEGAN

We thought Megan from Thread was eye-catching in this red silk vintage jumpsuit she got from The Salvation Army. Her navy heels with great gold chain detail are from Kathryn Wilson and were perfect with her gold chain necklace and bracelet from Esteem Jewellery. Her red striped bangle was from Trade Aid and her purple coloured sunglasses are Ray-Ban from Sunglass Hut.

FOUREYES ON THE ART OF FOOTWEAR

The Kathryn Wilson Winter 13 collection was previewed earlier in the week at an event entitled The Art of Footwear. It was a shoe presentation fused with a glamourous charity art auction. The artworks featured shoes from the collection and were created by 15 New Zealand artists, photographers and stylists. Kathryn Wilson also teamed up with Orsini Fine Jewellery to create a diamond encrusted court-heeled shoe, worth approximately half a million dollars. This shoe, seen in the last photo, was also up for auction on the night. Proceeds raised were donated to Ronald McDonald House Auckland. See the shoes and art pieces we liked after the jump.

BEKA

We found Beka at the Britomart precinct on a super sunny day in Auckland. She was appropriately dressed in this simple summery dress she made herself. The cool shoes by Kathryn Wilson were a great choice to go with it. We also liked how Beka sported a pretty, girly dress with her cropped haircut and tattoo. The dress happened to be the second one with a beautiful bird print we came across and photographed that day - see the other one here.

JULIA

Julia looked gorgeous in this subtly detailed Juliette Hogan dress. A sexy, sophisticated edge was added to the animal print with the leather, chain and studded elements. The belt was by Karen Walker and the rad heels were by Kathryn Wilson. The blunt fringe and ponytail lent further polish to this look.
