BEN

Ben looked great in this considered look, layered with an Assin singlet, Rick Owens t-shirt and a Jimmy D jacket. The stripes break up this all black outfit and look great with these Rick Owens shoes.

MICHAEL

Michael looked awesome in this multi-dimentional, layered look. We liked this simple yet structured and considered outfit. His top, shirt and shoes are by Rick Owens, his pants by Balmain and his cap by Oak.

JACK

Jack plays with layering in this look, starting with a Rick Owens tank top, Ann Demeulemeester top and Damir Doma shirt, topped off with a Rad Hourani jacket. Jack's pants are also by Rick Owens and his boots by Ksubi.

KINGI

Kingi is another great example of how to make a beanie look super polished. The layers in her jacket from Zambesi fall beautifully and complement the colours and patterns in these pants also from Zambesi. Kingi's bold accessories complete her look perfectly.

JACKIE

Jackie looked amazing in this layered and textured look. The closer you look, the more details you see; the collar of her top, texture of her skirt and the great jewellery. Her complete look is from Storm, her large ring (second photo) as well as the little Cameo ring is from Diva and the middle ring (4th photo) is by Alchemy Gothic.

JACKI

Jacki had a modern day elegance about her in this all black look. The dark fabric of the Nicola Waite top and skirt draped beautifully to form interesting folds and layers. We loved the silhouette that was created. The bold rubber necklace was by Neo and the metal cuff was from Repertoire. The delicate ring was her mother's from the 1970's. The shoes were Converse.

LAUREL

The beautiful sculptural form of this outfit was most striking on the streets of Auckland. The crisp, white caped shirt contrasted well against the crinkly black tunic and the long black skirt. All three pieces are by Nicola Waite. The bold Neo rubber necklace carried on the layering theme. The whole monochromatic palate of this look was also suitably accessorised with the black oversized Nick Von K ring, silver House of Harlow 1960 long arrow ring and white vintage boots. The only colour from the vintage Gucci glasses neatly stood out against Laurel's light complexion and blonde hair.

ELIZABETH

The subtle layering of textures was what caught our eye when we spotted Elizabeth in Newmarket. While completely black, there was a great contrast between the various fabrics and the great chunky knitted scarf.  Her bag and matching nail polish provided the only touch of subdued colour.
