THANYADA

We thought Thanyada looked quirky in this casual ensemble topped off with a cute straw hat. Her shoes are by Keds and her bracelets are from Thailand.

FRANCO

Franco designed this bold floral suit (Franco Lacosta) which he has paired with a pair of Tod's loafers. His necklace is by Chanel.

ASHLEY

We thought Ashley had a very unique sense of style and enjoyed the different aspects of her outfit. Her jumpsuit and shirt is by RVCA, her bag and stunning ring by Chanel and her sunnies are by Thierry Lasry. Her boots are by Diesel. 

ANDREW

We caught Andrew while in New York and his all vintage outfit stood out to us. We liked the quiet confidence with which he carried this look.

THOMMY

We loved Thommy's eclectic collection of rings and bracelets that added detail to his relaxed look. He paired Rolla's dungarees with a striped tee by Ksubi and classic Converse shoes. His fang and leopard-print rings were both by Meadowlark, the square and star rings were by Icon, and the skull was from Smoove. His bracelets were Cheap Monday.

SARAH

Sarah caught our eye in this dress by Kowtow with its interesting detail reminiscent of an over-sized trench coat. Her shoes were from Ultra in Wellington.

BROOKE

We liked the clean-lined simplicity of Brooke's outfit. She picked up her jumpsuit in Sydney. Her bag and cardigan were both from Decjuba and her lace-covered heels were from Asos (similar here).

OLIVIA

We thought Olivia looked great in this patterned dress with metallic gold details by P.A.M. We love the delicate silver flowers on her Karen Walker ring. She made the bag herself and her shoes were by Nike.

JAS

We thought Jas looked fantastic in this striking blue cape by Ooby Ryn, worn over a crisp white skirt by Glassons and a relaxed fit shirt by Asos. Her beautiful sunglasses were by Pared and her earrings and chunky white shoes were both from Asos.

SELLING DREAMS: 100 YEARS OF FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY

It's not often that an exhibition like this one comes to Auckland. When the opportunity came up to be involved in the V&A's Selling Dreams: 100 Years of Fashion Photography exhibition at the Auckland Museum, we leapt at the chance.

Late last year we were invited to a round table discussion to talk about what "Selling Dreams" meant to us and how it related to what we did. It was a privilege to be included in this discussion with some of New Zealand's top fashion leaders. To us, street style sells dreams that are real, obtainable and organic. We feel like we have a real interaction with fashion and we came away from the discussion feeling inspired and looking forward to seeing the exhibition. 

The exhibition was truly fascinating in that it showed the progression of different eras in fashion, photography styles and cultural references over the span of over 100 years and we thoroughly enjoyed every photograph for what it was. The exhibition ends at present day with a digital component including some of our favourite photos from FOUREYES as well as the talented Karen Inderbitzen-Waller. It was very surreal to see our work in an exhibition at a museum!

KRYSTYNA

Krystyna looked casual but super polished in a checked rag & bone shirt with ruffle detail and dsquared2 jeans. Her cool shoes are by Tom Ford and her  beautiful green clutch is by Dolce & Gabbana.

DANI

Dani looked striking in a top and matching shorts by Sheryl May and shoes from Number One Shoes. Her sunnies are by sass&bide. Her floral headpiece and interesting nail art added an extra dimension to her look.

ZEENAT

We loved Zeenat's fresh and summery outfit with this bold pop of colour. Her blazer and shorts are by Shen, her t-shirt by Lee, her necklace by Underground Sundae and her bag by Louis Vuitton. We have photographed the beautiful Zeenat before - here.

PRISCILLA

Priscilla looked gorgeous in a simple yet bold shirt by Ill-la-la Designs which she paired with a top from Forever 21. Her bag and her glasses are vintage.

GARETH

Gareth's quirky combination stood out from the crowd in an outfit by Jamie Fame and an awesome hat by Hayley Elsaesser. His socks are by Stance, shoes by Vans and necklace by Beard Buddy.
