We were on our way to a recent fashion show when we spotted Phoebe's vintage coat from Melbourne. Her tucked-in top and mustard corduroys, both from Neuw, helped make this retro look. Her shoes are Won Hundred from New York. We're also loving the way she pinned her hair.
